Check a notice before you panic
Paste in a notice and see whether it is even valid: the right form, the right notice period, and the preconditions a landlord has to have met first. A lot of them aren't.
Repairs, on the clock
Report a repair with photos, and watch the legal deadlines run. Damp and mould have their own timescales now, and a landlord who misses them has a problem — but only if someone was counting.
Build a deposit case
Check your deposit is protected, keep your check-in inventory and move-in photos where they cannot quietly disappear, and put the evidence together before the deductions letter arrives.

Is it really free?
Yes. There's no card, no trial period, and no paid tier holding the useful parts hostage.
Will my landlord find out I'm using it?
Not from us. Nothing is sent to your landlord or agent unless you choose to share a link with them.
Does my landlord need to use it too?
No. TenantPass is yours. It works whether or not your landlord uses any software at all.
Do I need a password?
No. You enter your email address and we send you a six-digit code that works for ten minutes. That's the whole sign-in.
Does it work in Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland?
Not yet. Housing law differs across the UK and getting the deadlines and notice rules right matters more than covering more ground. Today TenantPass is built around the law in England.
What if I've already got a problem?
