This website collects nothing

tenantpass.app is a set of static pages. It has no forms, no accounts and no comment boxes. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics and carries no advertising tags. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.

Nothing on these pages is loaded from a third party. The typefaces are served from this domain rather than from a font provider, so visiting this page does not disclose your IP address to anyone but us and our hosting provider.

Our hosting provider processes your IP address transiently in order to serve the page and to filter malicious traffic. That is a necessary part of operating any website and we do not receive it as a record we keep.

The app is separate

The TenantPass app at app.tenantpass.app does hold personal data, because that is what it is for: your tenancy details, the documents you upload and the evidence you build. It has its own privacy notice, which you can read inside the app before you put anything into it, and it is governed by that notice rather than this page.

Two things are worth stating here as well, because they are the reason the product exists in this shape:

• Your landlord cannot see your account. TenantPass is a separate application with a separate database from our landlord product. There is no route from theirs into yours.
• Nothing is shared without you. We do not sell personal data, and we do not pass it to a landlord, agent or anyone else unless you generate a share link and give it to them yourself. You can revoke a share link at any time.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it erased, and to object to how we process it. The app lets you download everything you have stored and delete your account without having to ask anyone.
